How to pay the application fee
The application fee must be paid as part of the application procedure through the University's webshop. The payment must be made online by bank card.
Payment process
- In the left menu, under "Payment and service fees outside the Neptun system", select the Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics.
- From the list of service fees, select the "Institutional application fee - for international students only - for applicants to Master's programs at ITK run in a foreign language".
- Add the item to the shopping cart.
- Click on the shopping cart in the top right corner of the page and go through the payment process by following the instructions.
- Download the proof of transaction (you will have to upload it to the DreamApply platform along with the rest of the application documents).
How to pay the tuition fee
When you are admitted to the Master's program, you will receive a formal decision of admission as well as detailed information about the first administrative steps.
The tuition fee for the first semester must be paid through the University's academic records system known as Neptun before you start your studies (ideally in July.) You will receive precise instructions on how to make the payment.
Please note that the tuition fee must be paid by bank card.
State scholarships
Non-EU citizens may apply to our Faculty through three state-funded scholarship programs (offering tuition-free education): Stipendium Hungaricum, Scholarship for Christian Young People and Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship. Click here for more information about the scholarship schemes.
